S’mores Donuts



Bring the spirit of summer/fall right into your backyard with these S’more Donuts! Throwing you back to memories as a kid making s’mores around the campfire, these gooey and melty donuts are not to be missed. Crush graham cracker crumbs for the full effect!

Yield: 6 donuts

  • 00 1 cup All Purpose Flour
  • 00 2 tbsp Baking Powder
  • 00 ½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 00 ½ tsp Salt
  • 00 ¼ cup Brown Sugar
  • 00 ⅔ cup Non Dairy Milk
  • 00 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 00 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 00 1 - 2 crushed Vegan Graham Crackers
  • 00 ½ cup Lekkco
  • 00 12 Large Vegan Marshmallows
  • 00 Preheat the oven to 400F and oil spray a donut pan generously. Set aside.
  • 01 Sift together the dry ingredients and set aside. Combine the wet ingredients and add to the dr y and mix until combined. Add to a piping bag.
  • 02 In the donut pan add some crushed graham crackers, about 1 - 2 tablespoons, and pipe in the donut batter about ¼” under the rim of the pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
  • 03 After the donuts have baked and cooled, place the Lekkco in a shallow bowl or plate and microwave for ~10 seconds or until just a bit runny. Dip the donuts into the Lekkco and add 2 marshmallows on each donut. Torch the marshmallows as desired and enjoy!
