Who’s up for classic Valentine treat? We hope you are, as we’ve got for you the perfect chocolate mousse recipe. At risk of sounding pretentious, this recipe hasn’t failed us or anyone who has tried it yet! It’s also incredibly easy to prepare. You ready to give it a try?

  • 00 ¼ c. Lekkco
  • 00 6 Tb. Heavy Cream, cold
  • 00 In a small bowl, combine 2 Tb. of the heavy cream with the Lekkco and mix until smooth.
  • 01 In a chilled medium mixing bowl, add the rest of the heavy cream and beat with an electric mixture until it forms stiff peaks.
  • 02 Fold ½ of the whipped cream into the Lekkco mixture with a spatula until almost fully combined, then add the rest of the whipped cream and fold gently until there are no white streaks left.
  • 03 Pipe or spoon into your desired serving dish and refrigerate for 1 hour or overnight. Serve and enjoy!
