Description

It’s very seldom we bake a cake (even birthdays) however the idea of baking an entire cake to ourself is a bad idea. Avoiding food waste and/or eating the entire thing are two goals we are aiming for  when it comes to food (especially large desserts.) This mug cake is the perfect compromise because it’s microwavable and single-serve.

Ingredients
  • 00 1/4 cup All - purpose flour
  • 00 2 tbsp Cocoa Powder
  • 00 ¼ tsp Baking Powder
  • 00 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 00 ⅛ tsp Salt
  • 00 ¼ cup + 1 tbsp Non-Dairy Milk
  • 00 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 00 ⅛ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 00 1 ½ Tb Lekkco
Preparation
  • 00 Add all the dry ingredients and mix together.
  • 01 Add milk, vanilla and oil and mix until combined
  • 02 Spoon Lekkco into the center and scoop some batter over the Lekkco.
  • 03 Microwave 60 - 90 seconds, at 30 second intervals. *Microwave ovens vary.
  • 04 Let cool and enjoy!
