Yield: 1 – 8×8” square pan

  • 00 1 - 7 oz Jar Marshmallow fluff
  • 00 1 t. Vanilla
  • 00 1 c. Heavy Cream, cold
  • 00 18 Full Graham crackers
  • 00 ½ c. Lekkco
  • 00 Line an 8x8” with plastic wrap, making the plastic long enough to fold over the cake. Set aside.
  • 01 In a large chilled mixing bowl, add the marshmallow fluff and heavy cream, whip until combined then add the vanilla. Whip to a soft peak.
  • 02 Line the bottom of the pan with graham crackers then spread a layer of the marshmallow whipped cream, drizzle in the Lekkco and repeat ending with a layer of graham crackers.
  • 03 Cover with plastic and freeze for 4 hours or overnight for better results. Cut and enjoy!
