Heart Shaped Pancake



Say “Happy Valentines Day” to someone you appreciate while whipping up a breakfast recipe that they are sure to love. Our vegan pancakes are fluffy, tasty, and delicious when topped with our dark chocolate spread.

  • 00 1 c. Non-Dairy Milk
  • 00 1 T. Neutral Oil
  • 00 ½ t. Vanilla
  • 00 1 c. All-purpose Flour
  • 00 1 T. Baking Powder
  • 00 ½ t. Salt
  • 00 3 T. Sugar
  • 00 About 4 Tb. Lekkco, for garnish
  • 00 In a large mixing bowl add all the dry ingredients and whisk until combined.
  • 01 Add the milk and oil to the dry ingredients and whisk until combined. The batter should have some small lumps.
  • 02 Create a heart-shaped mold with foil and spray the inside with oil. Place in a hot pan and pour some of the batter into the mold evenly.
  • 03 When the top is bubbly and looks less shiny, remove the mold carefully. Let cook for another 30 - 60 seconds and flip. Push any splatters back with the spatula. Check the bottom for doneness, remove and repeat with the rest of the batter.
  • 04 Spread some Lekkco on the pancakes and stack. Serve and enjoy!
