Granola Cereal



This Chia Granola Cereal is filled with plant-based nutrients, vegan, gluten-free, and can be used as topping or eaten as cereal. We use this as a topping for smoothie bowls and is a wonderful addition to yogurt and snack time.

  • 00 ¼ c. Coconut Lekkco
  • 00 1 ½ Tb. Maple Syrup
  • 00 2 Tb. Coconut Oil
  • 00 ¼ t. Salt
  • 00 ¼ t. Vanilla
  • 00 1 Tb. Chia Seeds
  • 00 ¾ c. Crispy Rice Cereal
  • 00 1 ¼ c. Old Fashioned Oats
  • 00 Preheat the oven to 350F and line a 9x13” baking sheet with foil. Set aside.
  • 01 In a large microwavable mixing bowl, add the Lekkco, maple syrup, coconut oil and microwave for 30 seconds until the coconut oil has melted.
  • 02 Mix in the salt, vanilla, and chia seeds until combined.
  • 03 Add the crispy rice cereal and oats and mix until evenly coated.
  • 04 Spread evenly across the pan and push the mixture an inch from the edges, bunching it up to avoid burning. Bake for 10 minutes and let cool completely to set. B reak into clusters, serve and enjoy! Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
