Cooling off with cold treats is a must when you can’t stand the heat. So Chef Corina beat it by whipping up this Froyo Pop.

Egg Free, Gluten Free

Yield: 6-8 pops

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Total Time: 4 hours

  • 00 ¼ c Lekkco
  • 00 ¼ c Lekkco Chia Granola
  • 00 ¼ c Honey
  • 00 ¾ c. Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 00 1 tsp. Vanilla
  • 00 About ¼ c. Assorted Berries
  • 00 In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla, and Lekkco then set aside.
  • 01 In the popsicle molds, add a tablespoon of granola into the bottom of each mold. Layer in the yogurt mixture with the berries until almost full.
  • 02 At the very top of the molds, add more granola then cover and add the popsicle sticks. Freeze for 4 hours or preferably overnight.
  • 03 To remove the pops from the mold, run under hot water for a few seconds, remove and enjoy!
