There’s nothing more exciting than trying new recipes! Our flourless red nose cookies are the right amount of sweet, chocolaty, and chewy.

Yield: 12 cookies

Time: 30 minutes

  • 00 1 c. Old - fashioned oats, gluten free
  • 00 1 c. Lekkco
  • 00 1 Egg
  • 00 17 Maraschino cherries
  • 00 Blend the oats in a blender or food processor to make oat flour. Set aside.
  • 01 In a large mixing bowl, mix the Lekkco and egg together until smooth, then add the oat flour and mix until combined.
  • 02 Refrigerate for 10 minutes, preheat the oven to 350F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • 03 Scoop out about 1 ½ tablespoons of dough and place onto the baking sheet 2” apart. Place a cherry in the center of each cookie and bake for 10 minutes, let cool and enjoy!
