Dark Chocolate Hummus

The perfect healthy dark chocolate snack!

  • 00 1 x 15 oz Can of chickpeas, drained
  • 00 3 TBS Coconut oil
  • 00 1/2 Cup Lekkco
  • 00 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 00 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 00 1/4 Cup Brown sugar
  • 00 3 TBS Cocoa Powder
  • 00 2 tsp Chickpea water
  • 00 In a food processor, add the chickpeas, coconut oil, Lekkco, salt and vanilla. Blend until smooth.
  • 01 Add the brown sugar and cocoa powder until combined. If the hummus seems too thick, add one teaspoon of chickpea water at a time and blend to desired consistency.
  • 02 Refrigerate for 2 hours, serve with pretzels, sweet potato chips and enjoy!
