Description

Remember when this Korean coffee drink took the internet by storm earlier this year? We do, and we loved every minute of it! Coffee on top and milk at the bottom why not try it? Our recipe requires 5 ingredients and you can have it hot or cold (we prefer cold). Don’t forget to tag us in any of your photos, @Lekkco!

Ingredients
  • 00 2 tbsp Espresso Powder
  • 00 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • 00 2 tbsp Hot Water
  • 00 ¾ cup Cold milk of choice
  • 00 2 tbsp Lekkco
  • 00 Ice
Preparation
  • 00 In a bowl, whisk together espresso powder, sugar, and water until soft peaks form and set aside. This can take 15 minutes by hand or 3 minutes with an electric mixer.
  • 01 In another bowl, whisk together Lekkco and whisk until combined and a bit frothy.
  • 02 In a glass, add some ice then pour the Lekkco milk over the ice. Dollop the whipped whipped coffee over the milk and enjoy!~
