Vegan, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Easy

Yield: 1-2 servings

Time: 5 minutes

  • 00 1 Banana
  • 00 ¾ c. Rolled Oats
  • 00 ¾ c. Non Dairy Milk
  • 00 ¼ c. Lekkco
  • 00 1 t. Baking Powder
  • 00 1 Tb. Butter (Vegan Optional)
  • 00 Add the banana, oats, Lekkco, milk, and baking powder to a blender and blend until well combined.
  • 01 In a microwave safe bowl, add the butter and microwave for 30 seconds. Pour the mixture into the bowl over the butter and microwave for 3 minutes. Let cool, serve and enjoy!
