A perfectly light and crispy fruit dessert with a beautiful pop of dark chocolate.

  • 00 1 Store-bought or homemade pie dough, enough for 1 pie
  • 00 1/3 Cup Cubed strawberries
  • 00 1/3 Cup Blueberries
  • 00 1/3 Cup Blackberries
  • 00 2 TBS Sugar
  • 00 1/2 TBS Cornstarch
  • 00 1/2 TBS Lemon juice
  • 00 2 TBS Lekkco
  • 00 1 Egg yolk
  • 00 1 TBS Milk
  • 00 Preheat the oven to 375F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • 01 Combine the berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice and set aside.
  • 02 Roll out the pie dough into a 12” circle and, using a plate or a disk, cut into an 8-10” circle. Dough can be rolled out between two pieces of parchment or on a lightly floured surface.
  • 03 Spread Lekkco in the center evenly, leaving 2-3” on the sides.
  • 04 Combine the egg yolk and milk. Set aside.
  • 05 Drain and spoon the berries on top of the spread evenly. Fold up the edges of the galette as desired.
  • 06 Transfer to a baking sheet and brush the top with egg wash. Bake for 25 minutes.
  • 07 Dust with powdered sugar and enjoy!
