Cookaccording to directions on box to create cups. While phylllo dough cups are cooking, prepare moussefilling. Whisk together pudding mix with 1 cup of milk. Once combined, whisk in the Lekkco. Whisk inremaining cup of milk. In a mixer bowl, whip whipping cream and powdered sugar until fluffy. Foldsweetened whipping cream into pudding/Lekkco mixture. Place into piping bag and evenly fill each phyllo cup.Topwith assorted fruit, coconut flakes, sprinkles or leave plain.
