  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/3 cup Lekkco
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • Arrange phyllo dough cups into and around the base of a cupcake tin. Cookaccording to directions
  • on box to create cups. While phylllo dough cups are cooking, prepare moussefilling. Whisk together
  • pudding mix with 1 cup of milk. Once combined, whisk in the Lekkco. Whisk inremaining cup of milk.
  • In a mixer bowl, whip whipping cream and powdered sugar until fluffy. Foldsweetened whipping cream into
